FULL REPRESENTATION
Specific for launching on new markets or penetrating existing ones, we take the time to get to know you individually to understand your strategic requirements. One World will tailor a structured plan to deliver solid growth and ensure maximum return on your investment.
In summary the main responsibilities undertaken by One World on your behalf include:

Consistently network with tour operators and other prominent decision makers on a regular basis to promote you

To report regularly to you on the work undertaken on the UK and Irish Markets
sales Team /travel agent training (STTAT)
Specifically designed to provide ongoing support hotels and resorts that have market exclusivity agreements or already have a strong market penetration, the STTAT service is essentially very simple:
- Ongoing sales training with all your current partners. There is a continual turnover of sales staff annually and as such training on an annual basis is key if you want to maintain a strong awareness and understanding among those who sell your resorts in the UK / Ireland. As part of this service:

You will be kept fully informed every month of all training slots requested and booked

Your existing presentations can be utilized or a new one can be jointly created for each resort, with you naturally having full editorial control

Additional training materials such as factsheets / USB drives can be distributed, plus any resort branded gifts

Following the training, you will be issued with a summary report to include any feedback on your hotel and resort (both positive and negative!). This can also include also remarks on competitor hotels or resorts and any barriers to sale. Pictures of the training will also be included, plus any contact details that are sourced

Additionally if you want me to meet a product / contracting partner for a market update on the day of the training, this will also be included
- To provide an ongoing independent partner address and client support office in the U.K. This will be very much a ‘back up’ office for you in case any of your clients need an urgent answer to a question or if you need support in contacting one of your partners.
All the additional representation charges are removed for you e.g. marketing, PR, new partner sourcing, special offer distribution etc. This not only saves you money, but also continues to allow you full control over all your new market development, relationships and communication. Of course, if you ever want to add any extra services, that can be discussed.
